DiXiE FiLM FeSTIVAL 2008

Oscar is a Pharmacist Assistant. Each day he struggles with the inner conflict of his extreme fear of human contact, and his belief that medicine (and in turn his job in administrating medicine) is fundamental to human sanitation and therefore survival. One day a freak occurrence at his Pharmacy forces him to question his entire belief system and admit his own vulnerability. A selfless decision to let down his own barriers leads Oscar to realise that maybe the science of medicine is not the absolute remedy to everything and that maybe his customers are not the only ones that need help.
